Her passion for fitness through her own fitness journey has led her to become a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), a certified Pilates Mat instructor, and an experienced Group Fitness Instructor in NYC and beyond.
Rachel is also a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach. With her experience and knowledge, she is able to guide you with both your exercise AND nutrition needs! Exercise + Nutrition = Key to Success!
